This opportunity allows you to gain the necessary skills for a Registered Apprenticeship. These programs can play a valuable role in preparing you for a career, while contributing to the development of a diverse and skilled workforce. 

What is an Apprenticeship? 
A registered apprenticeship offers numerous benefits to both employers and jobseekers. They receive most of their training on-the-job, while working for an employer who pays a good living wage. The employment is the primary requirement for an apprenticeship - a job must exist for the apprentice to be trained. Apprentices also learn a portion of their skills in a classroom. The classroom instruction is usually provided by experienced tradesman.

We have a number of apprenticeships including: HVAC/ Sheet Metal, Pipe Fabrication, Plumbing & Steamfitting, and Sprinkler Fitting. All will give you the skills and training to begin a professional career alongside industry experts.

What is a Youth Apprenticeship?
Youth Apprenticeship (YA) is a strategy in which employers hire high school juniors or seniors for a one or two-year apprenticeship. During the apprenticeship, the student will continue taking classes at their high school while working as an apprentice at a participating business. 

I’ve just graduated high school, what are my options?
That depends on what you would like to do in the future –We offer pre-apprenticeships and apprenticeships in a range of roles for recent graduates across our business. There are opportunities in Sheet Metal/HVAC, Pipe Fabrication, Steamfitting, Fire Protection and Plumbing.
