How you will contribute:

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and organizing company tools and equipment to ensure they are safe, functional, and readily available to support field operations. This role plays a critical part in maximizing tool life, minimizing downtime, and maintaining accurate inventory and asset management.

 

What you need to qualify:

Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, has prior experience working in a shop environment, and demonstrates strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Candidates should have basic computer skills, including email and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), along with basic welding and fabrication experience. The ability to safely use hand and power tools, interpret equipment parts breakdowns, and maintain a high level of organization is essential. A strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are key to success in this role.
