We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Construction Sales Manager - Sprinkler located in Fond du Lac, WI.

How you will contribute:

You will drive strong performance of your team through their selling of profitable sprinkler work for new installs and executing exceptional service to customers across the United States where Ahern does not have a brick-and-mortar location. You will actively work with the General Manager to determine annual sales goals for the region along with the resources and budget you need to accomplish those goals. You will have direct oversight and lead a team through the acquisition of work and business development for current and new customers. This will include project budgeting, responses to business proposals, shepherding projects through early design phases and turning projects over to the design and project management teams. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership and development skills while mentoring and growing Ahern’s National sprinkler business.

 

What you need to qualify:

Ahern will make the most of your 7+ years of experience in a construction type sales role, combined with post-secondary education in a related program or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience managing financial results and thinking at a strategic level, leading and developing a team and utilizing sales management software is needed to be successful in the role. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial.  If you are ready to demonstrate this expertise, Ahern wants you!
