We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator located in Fond du Lac, WI.

How you will contribute: 

·         Prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies

·         Reviews supplier purchase order confirmations for accuracy, and product selection, and mitigate any discrepancies in a timely matter

·         Prepare requests for quotations to meet technical specifications and competitive pricing necessary for decision-making

·         Demonstrates a basic level of product knowledge and application

·         Monitors the timeliness of materials and goods supplied; follow-up on the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery; expedites material as needed and communicates status of orders with internal customers

·         Process administrative and price updates for system applications to maintain pricing and data for estimation and purchasing purposes 

·         Utilize business intelligence dashboards and reports to prioritize and drive down key department metrics

·         Publish reports and metrics as required for the Supply Chain department

·         Identify and execute opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvements, and process efficiencies

·         Process invoice discrepancies through workflow and document product returns and credits in a timely manner

 

What you need to qualify:

·         Associate's degree in a related field/program

·         One year of prior relevant experience is preferred

·         Microsoft Office (especially Excel) proficiency

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment

·         Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail
