We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Operations Manager located in Madison, WI.
How you will contribute:
- You will be tasked with effectively leading and managing a high-functioning team of coordinators in our fast-paced and deadline-driven service industry including mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems
- Oversee the dispatch function to ensure prioritization and execution of work
- You will have the opportunity to work with both internal and external customers to provide exceptional customer service
- Work with service sales, construction operations, field superintendents, and leadership to ensure seamless collaboration between the field sales and Operations Teams.
- Maintain all documentation associated with service contracts and execution of deliverables across all product line offerings
- Assist in ensuring regional service goals for financial metrics, customer satisfaction, customer retention, renewals, and consistent and effective service operation
- Work closely with corporate support to drive process improvements. Some local travel will be required.
What you need to qualify:
Ahern will help make the most of your minimum of five years of experience and business acumen in a service-driven environment. You should have management experience within a related service environment and have demonstrated knowledge of financial acumen. Post-secondary education and/ or equivalent experience is preferred. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and build relationships across a variety of functions both internally and externally. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cutting-edge industry knowledge, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial.
