How will you contribute?
You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced journeymen to gain hands-on plumbing knowledge. This position is an entry-level position that provides an excellent pathway to a 5-year apprenticeship, where you will be trained to become a Plumbing Journeyman. You will show your attention to detail while installing hangers, material handling, and maintaining jobsite organization.
What you need to qualify:
Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or its equivalent, have a clean driving record to operate company vehicles, and pass an appropriate aptitude test and drug screen. This job entails a great deal of lifting and climbing.
Successful candidates must be self-starters, have a strong mechanical background, have a good working and learning attitude, and be able to work in a fast-paced construction environment both indoors and outdoors. Dependability and working well as a member of the construction team are essential. Previous experience working with plumbing components is preferred, but not required.
