How you will contribute:
This is a great opportunity to perfect your sales skills by identifying new business opportunities and establishing new accounts, selling profitable work, and developing new customer bases on new construction and service contracts. You will develop sales plans and objectives regarding new work, contract negotiation, claims resolution, and future work potential. This position also serves as the team project leader during work acquisition and project execution while utilizing sales tools to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunity in accounts.
What you need to qualify:
Ahern will help make the most of your previous fire protection or mechanical service/ construction experience. Prior experience in sales, the level of which is likely attained with 2 plus years related work experience is preferred. Successful candidates will have demonstrated excellence in customer service, organization and communication skills. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment. Being a self-starter and possessing the ability to work independently will be essential.
