We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager located in Stevens Point, WI.

How you will contribute:

Utilize your strong leadership, continuous improvement mindset, and strategic vision to drive the success of our North Central business unit.  Cultivate and maintain relationships across functional teams, achieving growth goals through operational excellence and strong profitability. Developing both short-term and long-term annual business plans, striving to meet sales and profitability targets while managing the budget effectively. Ensuring the successful management of North Central’s mechanical and fire protection contracts and service customers. You will directly oversee a team that includes mechanical and fire protection managers, service sales representatives, and a project coordinator.

What you need to qualify:

The ideal candidate will have five-plus years of leadership experience in the construction/service industry with demonstrated management/ leadership capabilities and sales acumen/ experience. Ahern will help make the most of your bachelor’s degree (preferably in a business, construction, or engineering-related discipline) or equivalent work experience.  You will also bring demonstrated profit and loss management knowledge.  Exceptional ability to interact with customers and company management will be crucial.
